The Insiders Community exists to support the unsung heroes of pickleball: the people who set up the nets, run the rotations, coach the newcomers, and keep public-park communities thriving, with or without a title. Membership starts with the Insider Shop: the full catalog of paddles, balls, apparel, and accessories at member-only pricing, up to 30% off, for you and your community.
Getting in is simple. Apply, tell us how you show up for your community, and we’ll go over it personally, usually within one business day. Once you’re approved, the shop is yours, along with early access to everything Pickleheart is building for the people who run the game.
The shop is the first door, not the whole house. We’re launching a community chat tool soon, for fellow leaders comparing notes on running open plays, growing a community, working with parks departments, and keeping courts welcoming for every skill level. While most communities on Pickleheart are built around a park, this one is built around YOU. If you show up for others, this is your community.
Community Rules
- Membership by Application: The Insiders Community is for people who actively contribute to their local pickleball community. Every application is reviewed personally. Tell us who you are and how you show up for your community.
- Insider Pricing Stays Inside: Your member pricing is yours to put to work, and yes, that includes reselling. Stock gear for your community, sell ball court side, run a paddle table at open plays. What you charge is your business. The only ask: don’t post insider prices publicly. What we charge you stays between us.
- Share What Works: Got a rotation system that keeps games moving? A trick for onboarding beginners? A win with your parks department? Post it. No leader should have to solve a problem someone else already solved.
- Respect the Room: This is a supportive, volunteer-driven space. Disagree openly, debate formats and rules all you want, but keep it constructive and assume good intent.
- Show Up: Insiders lead by example. Help a new organizer get started, welcome newly approved members, and represent your park community well, on the courts and off.
- Community First: We’re an inclusive, grassroots collective. Supporting the people around you is what earned you a spot here. Keep doing that.
