And, we’ve been waiting to say this: Riverside Park Pickleball has a shop! The first Pickleheart community shop, ever, and it belongs to all of you. Hats, t-shirts, and gear repping your third home, plus paddles and equipment. A portion of every sale funds the community: balls, brooms, leaf blowers, the storage shed, locks, all the stuff that keeps the courts running.

To celebrate, a few things going on. A raffle with, what we think are pretty sweet prizes (listed below). Beat the Pros. And a content station — because Riverside Park 110 has too many incredible people for us not to hear their stories. Ways to accumulate raffle tickets are below. You can get raffle tickets for free by showing up and becoming part of the Pickleheart family, totally free.

Activities

• Beat the Pros — a game to 3 points against Peter and Weston, challengers serve first. Score 1, win Pickleheart eyewear. Beat them, win a Riverside Park Pickleball hat or tee.
• 3 and Me with Peter or Weston — 10 minutes of play with one of them: plus pointers on positioning, when to push, when to hold back, how to dial in a specific shot.
• Share your story — stop by the content station. We want to hear how you found pickleball, and a little about the person behind the paddle.

How to earn raffle tickets

• 2 tickets per dollar spent at the Riverside Park Pickleball shop
• 5 tickets for joining the Pickleheart app waitlist
• 5 tickets for signing up for one of the (free) on-court events
• 5 tickets per dollar donated to the community — 95% goes directly to the courts
• 5 tickets per photo or video you share with us — email it, text it, or drop by the content stationThe raffle will be conducted virtually on May 19th. Winners will be announced over TeamReach, and contacted individually for redemption.
